Crossing a crowded suspension bridge in the Ladakh region of the Himalayas we saw the fleece of the Changra goat being carried to Kashmir for processing. As the women sorted the cashmere threads and soaked them in a mixture of rice powder and water paste we knew it was our lucky day and would soon be yours.
