Holly Tupper is the Creative Director and Founder of the art-forward house Cultus Artem. The independent, luxury jewelry, fragrance and skincare brand was established 30 years ago in Singapore and is now based in San Antonio, Texas. Holly’s creative palette has been informed by her three decades living abroad.
