Bedri Baykam b.1957

Bedri Baykam is a world renowned Turkish artist who has a Masters from the Sorbonne and pioneered the Neo-Expressionist movement in Turkey. His film production and publishing company Piramid is based in Istanbul. 

Baykam’s paintings and mixed media pieces convey his artistic ideas via a poetic, expressionist language both on canvas and “4D”. His large-scale works blending politics, eroticism and art’s greatest masterworks are shown globally.  He is collected internationally and shown in major museums around the world.
